At the moment Ryanair is selling their cheapest fly tickets with 35 PLN and there are many days where oneway flight costs 44 PLN or 50 PLN. For example on Tuesday January 31st there are tickets available at the moment with the cheapest price 35 PLN. Please remember that the prices may vary very often so they may not be available later.

Ryanair operates their Gdansk-London flight to London-Stansted. Personnally I find this better than London Luton, where Wizzair flies if you are going to the center of London.

Cheapest flights from Gdansk - Gdansk-Turku flight 4PLN (0,99€)

Wizzair offers extremely cheap flights from Gdansk to Turku (Finland). The cheapest price, called Superpromo, is available for only limited days but it's only 4 PLN (0,99€) for a one way ticket. There are 4 PLN (0,99€) flights available also from Turku to Gdansk so you if you are really lucky you can buy both tickets with this Wizzair Superpromo price. The days of these cheapest flights vary very often and at the moment these cheapest flights are available some days in January and February 2012.

If you are not lucky enaough to be able to travel with these 4 PLN flights there are many other days where flights cost less than 100 PLN.

Wizzair new routes from Gdansk - Gdansk-Trondheim and Gdansk-Haugesund cheap flights

Wizz Air, the largest low fare - low cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe announced in November 2011 that it will open two new services from Gdansk to Norway. These new cheap flight routes are Gdansk Trondheim and Gdansk-Haugesund. These new cheap flight will be operated starting April 2012 twice per week. In addition to these new cheap flight routes, Wizzair flights from Gdansk to Oslo Sandefjord Torp will increase from 3 to 6 times per week.

Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport

Gdansk Lech Walesa Airport is located appr. 25 minutes taxi ride away from the center and beautiful old town of Gdansk. Lech Walesa Airport is rather small compared to the big international airports but it offers all basic services such as tax free shops, cafe/restaurant and pub.
